Mounting a ZZMT motor on a ZZ?...

Post by riddinspinnaz11 »

:???: Is there a tutorial or someone who has mounted a zzmt motor on zz tell me what you have to do to mount it correctly. I cant seem to get the thing to fit right. :x i saw a picture of one in the Keep on truckin thread but i couldnt see enough detail to tell where the pimp mounted it... :ak:

Just position it so the gears mesh real nice, then secure it in that position.

Do you have any close up pics of it. That would be awsome. How did you get it to fit so nicely? how is the performance of the motor? :???:

Thanks for those pictures! Now i have it mounted and everything, just need to solder the wires to the motor. I envy your tires , where did you get them?? . The trick with this motor is to find a decent body for it, or mod one :???: . Oh, well , ill think on that...

ill have pictures up soon!

riddinspinnaz, they dont stop

i never could get mine to go that fast but it had insane torque! i also tried some bigger gears for my pinion and it still had low top end? :???: that nx motor with the ss gear is just insane top speed  the tall tires are the motor works ones and the yeller ones are silicone lowriding slot car rims.
