I started out with some thin cardboard.......

And got this............

Then i took the controller apart and painted it and the grip............

This is a sticker i made for it..........

So..... What do you think? Did i do good?

It looks cool enough. You'll have to let us know how well that cardboard holds up hough.

Cool man.... Now that you got the plans worked out, you could re do it in a thin plastic for more durability..

Sweat will eat that faster than ugly.

Whatever happened to that crayola foam putty stuff? I think dave tried it. I tried it but the shit cracked up when it dried. Maybe a mix of that stuff and plastic might work best.

Humm... Maybe use like... 6 AA's if you could? That would be sweet, or even 4 aa's that way, better Battery times.

I don't think that many, or that AA's would be nessasary. The AAA's last long enough and you still get the same output.

The card board is plently strong. It is also easier to cut so everying comes out straight.

The only promlem now is that i have to turn the neutral adjustment all the way one way in order for it not to go by its self. And it is really really sensitive now.

Never mind. i fixed it. One of the wires that go to the throttle pot was off. I just soldered it back on and it is as good as new.
