Anyone know how to make bearings for a ZZSE axle?
Out of curiousity, does anyone know the best way to make bearings for a ZZSE axle? They need not be removable; I just need something I can solder on to the bottom of a bit of metal. (Don't tell me to use micro airplane ball bearings. I can't afford 8$ a wheel.)
Lithiums are great!

you'd have to yoink a wheel off, slide the bushings onto the axle, remount the wheel.
then you need to mod the chassis to accomodate the bushings. if you do it right you should be able to make it so the axle and bushings can be popped in and out, make up a few axles like this with various gearing.
that's just what i'd try first, you might have a better idea

How did you make those spiffy bearings shown above?

No. You're lucky you didn't start typing in gobbledygook. Have seen what happens to users that do?Cheesehead wrote:Where?

I don't care if you just got released from a hostage stand-off. Type correctly at all times and when you fuck up, the community will decide if you get the mulligan. Not you.

I meant no offense; I merely meant that I may have started to rearrange the words following a language pattern more befitting, say, Aramaic. (For example: "The car the this needs bearings small")
Thanks for the tip, Maxximum.
