YO, Elniño here and I need some help. I'm trying to figure out how to mount some exhaust tips onto my bit. Payaso, I saw your tips in this forum, but you didnt say how you got them on. It would be greatly appreciated if you guys could give me some tips and ideas. 8-)

hehe, glue really is the key...

just... well, stick it onto the body... i guess you could glue it to the chassis, but you might not wanna do that, considering it may not fit at the right height.

i use white glue, not crazy glue, cuz sometimes i get a little messy and get it on the paint... if i'd used super glue, my paint would get fuxored pretty bad.

Aight then...I'll try the white glue. I'm kinda goin' for the look Payaso got. It looks like their glued to the chasis and he melted like two circles onto the body to fit around the pipes. THat biotch looks phat. I'll experiment a bit and see what comes up. I'll post the results later. PEACE 8-)

ohhh you want the bumper to fit the pipes? well i htink i know what you're saying...

you want to use a soldering iron or a hot piece of metal the right shape and size to push the plastic up a little bit... be careful not to melt anything tho... and watch the paint b4 it bubbles 8-)

Thanks man.. The tips are actual pen tips that I cut down. I drilled out the original exuast with a little drill bit, and then used some super duper crazy glue to set em in place..

These tips work great for Glorias.. Is that what you're putting them on?

I'm fitting them onto a GT Cobra body I found at the local craft store. It was on a pull back so I bought it for like a dollar. IT looks hella authentic, good attention to detail. I already fit some pipes onto my Civic body, super glue did just fine. I'll post some pics as soon as I get them developed. Thanx guys. 8-)
