Heres my ZZ, Yes its my first mod and yes its very bad, i need to sand and put more putty, and then i will do a painjob. :)

Did you mask the windows or is it painted over?

Looking good my friend. But if you didnt mask dem windows, youd betta paint some black over that red. :-o

yeah i didnt mask them, too much hassle. I'm just gonna paint the windows black and then the headlights black too :-D

:bs: I'd hate to here what you think about changing the wheels out with a die cast set.

It is easier than you think to mask the windows. You can see the grooves through the masking tape and just cut with a Xacto knife. One with a sharp tip , no less. :-o

This statement does not a good modder make!
Nothing should be too much of a hassle if you start it. Taping is too much of a hassle ???
You'll never be a tru modder with that attitude. :o

Agreed.

Plus you prolly wont get a great detail line around those windows now either. It's well worth masking mate. But I guess everyone has a different way of learning , and yours is the hard way :(

Agreed.

my first body job, the shell wasn't clear so masking wouldn't have helped. so i handpainted the windows black.

i take shortcuts all the time! :lol:

you just stick to your guns kevin, painting the windows black is cool with me :-o
