Project DBee 5 was killed. But there is the Coolmaro, damnit all the names I come up with for my projects are always so corny....
Started with a stock Bit clone.
Mods
Extended chassis
Dual Cell
ZZ wheels all around
Some serious hacking to get everything to fit.
I'm very happy with how this turned out. It runs really good and the longer wheel base makes the dual cell more controllable.
Things I still want to do.
Lower the nose
finish up the chassis
Cut a piece of lexan to hold the antenna.
Here are some pictures, I'll take better ones in the sun light tomorrow.

And run a lint roller over that shit!
Yeah, but you can get things a lot lower with a stretched Bit chassis. Some of my favorite builds have been a stretched Bit chassis under a ZZ top.frizzen wrote:Stretching a Clone to fit a ZZ body?
*shrug* well I guess it's custom... Would be a lot easier to just toss a ZZ under that ZZ body.
