Charge times......

I was just wondering what is a good charge time for a 200mAh cell? I would hate to over charge and mess up the cell.

Maybe someone with knowledge in this area can post "best charge times" for the different cells out there.

just the stock controller

My BCG charges on controller for about 45 secs, how many timmes should I charge it to get a good full charge

You could charge it at least four times from the controller. The best rule of thumb I've heard so far is charge it until it gets warm to the touch. If you can't feel a little heat on the bottom of the chassis, put it on for another charge. Superfly went Double Live Gonzo with this method once and the car got HOT... it had to have been real close to melting the plastic. Anyway, that didn't kill the battery, and the car still works fine.

Normal stock battery can be charged 4-5 times on regular controller (45 sec charge is just a joke-battery will reach only about 1/10 capacity). 200 mAh battery should be charged about 16-20 times or even more.

You could easily charge that baby at least 7 times or more.. That's what I do my 150 cells, and I get tired before the car dies. 20 - 30 min run times..
