Modifier wheel mod

Post by HirotoR34 »

Sorry guys, I had to change this. I origionally wrote it after I finished the mod at 3:30 in the morning. I found some crucial steps and info were missing, so I rewrote some of it.

I found mine at Target. I had tried Toy's R Us, but the don't carry them. If you have a Kaybee toys or a local hobby shop, I am sure that you can find them. Go for the big set that has multiple wheels. That way you can change them. I have six cars that have 'em. So I had to go out and buy six modifiers, because i needed the inner wheels for each car. Now I have six models without wheels. But I will tell you that some of the interior parts can be used on the bits.(with some modification)

I got one that I won at Dave and Busters in Philly, but I thin its too big, so it would end up looking like a monster truck. A moster truck on DUBS none the less

*edit* Sorry I forgot to quate somebody on this.

Here is a size comparison of the two. The modifier wheel is bigger, but with a lower profile tire. The stock bit wheel is smaller, but with a larger profile tire. overall diameter is the same. Trust me, if you have true modifier rims, they'll fit.
