thats cuz #s dont really mean much. thats the rated rpms under no load. so if you were racing in zero gravity then it may mean something.

I just added the purple motor to my clone and it rips now
The only thing I have trub with is that it flips when I turn.
Any suggestions on fixing this prob? I have soft tires on the back with the little white bar with no holes as the susspention(like this really does anything anyway inmy opinion).
Maybe springs on the front would help

dont expect springs to be the cureall. they do help in turns a little but they really help keep your car tracking straight since they make the l/r suspension independent of eachother so if it hits a little bump it isnt forced to turn.

jbwelding the axle in helps turning somewhat due to lack of torque loss.

to keep my 4.2 from flipping i use stock tires in the back and soft from the tire set in the front
it still gets an ok turning radius at top speed and wont flip
oh and this is on lynolium

Phast motors are great motors. Overpriced? Yeah a little bit, but it has alot of torque for a fast motor. By the way the speed is very good as well but I agree the price is very high.

Nice to see the Rspec edging out the 3.8. I have been debating on whether or not I was gonna buy one.
