I just don`t get it how it works.... I mean, I understand how "real" or ball diferential works but not this one... Can someone explain this plz....

For packing your diff, use Tmaiya Mini 4wd sliding damper grease. Ill try and look in my book for the part numbers.
There's no replacement for displacment.
