does any know how any body know if i could use the motor in the sreering thing from a se and how many rpm

ok, once i was in a dumbass typng class, and i think i picked up this strang language..
he said "On my ZZse does anyone know if i could use the motor that it uses for steering? If i could anyone know the RPM's?
see im not useless.
Now all i need is to find out how to read German.
