SE steering

Post by JDM-R34 »

OK I jus got my first SE today it's the Chevelle (red with black racing stripes) ok anyway I already dropped in a 2.8 motor, with fatty rear tires and 2F2F Supra rims, and I was wondering why when I am driving my SE it turns a lot sharper to the right and a lot wider turns when turning left. Also is there any good range mods for SE's right now my SE probably get between 10-15ft anyway to get more range? Thanks

Have you adjusted the alignment screw under the chasis and the steering trim on the controller?

For some simple range extensions...check out the zipzaps FAQ page:

If you've got some micro-soldering skills, then replace the car's antenna with a thicker/longer wire. I use the wires from Category-5 network cables

There is a mod that you can do that makes it have 7 steps right and left. I haven't found good enough instructions to do it yet.
