R-Spec motor
Tinyrc recently hooked me up with a r-spec motor to test out, and I must say that this little gem is packing a great deal of power. It's got the speed of a 3.8 with a good amount of torque to boot. The only motor I have that can keep up with it is the 3.8 from bitchar-gmotors. Both are fantastic motors for high end speed, but the r-spec seems to have a little more off the line torque than the 3.8..
I suggest either one of these beauties if your all about the speed, and they're both available at tinys shop. http://tinyrc.com/shop/products.php?pid=2
Please post your opinions and thoughts in this thread.

Yeah I agree completely, this little darlin rocks! It's got blazin' speed and, with the right tuning, handles incredibly well for a motor this fast. This baby screams out of the corners... I've been trying to powerslide this thing for 3 days now w/ different set-ups and no dice, the darn thing is so stable it's like a dream!

Oh no doubt, I converted my useless 'drift axel' into my dope 'drag axel' a couple of days ago... man this thing is sweet, it's got mad grip! And the alloys... oh how I want a set.payaso wrote:You gotta get a set of the alloy rims or maybe the pullback rims(I still gotta check em out) cause they go like bread and butter with this motor..lol

No doubt, I'll tell ya what though... with a 90 sec. charge using Energizer E2 i get about a 5 min. run. Which aint to bad considering the motors a life suckin' ho!Namuna wrote:That R-Spec LOVES to eat juice (mA)...I gotta redo my tests tonight to see what the 'Stall Current' is to maybe get a better idea of the 'strength' of this motor.

your parts are starting to rebel against you now?
are they getting jealous because you just bought new parts and now the old parts think they're being replaced and unloved? lol
