Well Most people want to turn sharper but I actually want to find out what helps in making your bit NOT turn as sharp.

yep, harder front tires, like bit racer tires in the front.

i was thinking though, what if you popped the steering coils out and put spacers between them and the chassis? this would make the steering radius bigger, therefore making it not turn so darn sharp. good for my style of driving...i gotta try that soon

good idea cowfish - just gotta make sure those spacers still allow the magnet to attract.

What I have done to get the same results, is make the magnet wider. At radio shack, the RE magnets exactly half the width of a Bit magnet. If you use three halves, the magnet sticks out further on each side which lessens the travel... larger turning radius.

Yep, works great, easy to do

I prefer adjusting the tire compound (harder tires), because that way you get a tight radius when going slow, and the understeer from a harder front tire opens the radius when going faster. The grey ribbed tires from Tomy and MS work pretty good, but I can't say I've come across the ideal front tires yet. Hue35 and I used to race on my office floor (smooth, painted floor) without front tires at all, just riding on the rims. Worked great.
