Has anyone a clue what you can do these pieces of junk?
I'm ready to rip this thing apart, but I'm affraid even the internals are useless to use to mod, say... a microsizer.
let's have it hogjowlz!

Um, stretched chassis.. dual motor 6x4.....spare parts.....pan chassis...and so on. I think hog's the clone guy so he should chime in anytime now.

yea just remember you're talking to grandpa hands over hur, I aint got steady hands! lol
I'm thinking of something along the lines of dual cell mod, or using the chip for something, etc.
I always planned on destroying the chassis somehow, it's so wonky different from other chassis that I can't use it without the super huge white 8000 tooth pinion gear.

what brand are they? all of them are pretty much identical to bits inside.
some have better circuit boards than bits but most lack in the front end and gears. they usually have good motors that work well in bits.
the only brand of clones that i can recommend is cyclona. they are actually pretty good and my friends is almost stock except for the extra battery and my rear axle mod. it is fast and handles very well.
ive seen a precious before and it was good. i didnt have enough time to really test it tho.
"thor" "thunderbolt" and "super racing" have poor qc so you will only get a parts car out of them.

is the motor hard wired or does it look like a zipzap motor?

I went through my old chassis' and finally found that damn pink clone motor you've been talking so much about hog, and it friggin jams...
Can't stand to think it's just been sittin around for a year...lol
It came out of a Thunder bolt Puegot 206 chassis. it's a pinkish red color.

man that motor makes my muscle car just all out ballz. i had an r-spec and it had a little better top end but this thing is close and the torque is insane. it likes to keep accelerating nomater what the conditions.

That's exactly the way mine performs...

yupp. ive put it in a zipzap(it worked fine in the first zipzaps) several brands of clones and microsizers and the thing just doesnt quit in any of them. too bad the cars that it came in sucked.

so from the pic, can I use that battery on a MS for a dual cell mod?

You'll know more when you yank the batt outta there and see what type it is.. I'm guessing that since it's an old clone, it's got a nicad batt, which will work with a MS..
Let us know what you find out...

ya you can use those batts.
actually my kid has one of those and hers is the only "thunderbolt" "thor"(same thing pretty much) that has ever steered right.
but you can use the motors(unless you get one thats hardwired)
magnets pcbs(bit controller runs them the same) just about everything is the same just lesser quality half the time.
