Most know that I do my dual cells a little different from the next guy. Well, I'm always looking for new ways to position the batteries and then test how it effects the balancing. I like to keep the batts as far back as posible, but this time I tried something different. This is still a work in progress of course. I need a part before I can finish her.

And, yes, that white stuff is putty. After all the dremmel work I realized that I had weakend those two spots, and put the putty there to reenforce it a bit.

That's a pretty cool arrangement. I've done internal dual cells, but they were laid out in a similar way.

I'll have to give that arrangement a try. I plan on doing another dual cell. Of course I'd like to get a FET modded PCB to go with it.

Yes, you'll come to a whole new set of speeds with fet mods. It's worth learning. I definitely recomend the holes so the batts will sit down lower. It helps keep it from flipping.
