i kinda got bored and did this...:

took a battery out of a ss fully loaded, soldered it into a zz, hardwired a blue ss motor into it (29k) and fixed the steering

ill get some pics of it once i get my camera back. this is my first performance mod, is it good? ill update once i can get the pics.

fat lot of good this thread is without pics! next time wait for the camera

Hey, nice mods. Hope you get that body on it. BTW, did you solder those strips on, or are they Pre-Dual cells? I wish i had the equipment to do that.

Some batteries come with the metal tabs already on them.
The 160's I got from Namuna a long time ago were like that.

Those cells came like that out of the superslick fully loaded. I second what you said about being able to solder those together like that, sure would help with the clean installs
