A noob here. I was wondering what the max voltage of the ZZ pcb is, as I have plans for a 6 volt (or more) drag car using a motor I robbed from a sony cd-player. Any help would be much appreciated.

Damn. Any non propo boards that can take more voltage, but still fit in a stock body?

i think you would be better off using an iwaver board... propo and can handle much more

But I would prefer non-propo. The propo steering takes up too much room, and is too heavy for a drag car. I could use the room for batteries, but I guess I could just stick to a 4.8v system. I have yet to see what my motor is capable of, so i have to test it out on my dual cell first.

4.8 volts on a zipzap will be far opwerful enough. i myself would use a lipo to save weight. i stuffed 3 cells into a jeep and that sucker flew until it died.
