Gear guard?

After countless failed searches, I have to ask. Can someone send me a link to/tell me a quick way to make a gear guard? I'm tired of getting hair etc clogged in it. Sry if its something that has been posted a bunch of times, but i cant find it.

On the ZZMT, not sure if there is a tutorial or not. But, I believe it was Hachi that made one out of package plastic? Try looking through the galleries. Hell, I'm being generous, I'll help you find it since this it your first halfway decent post.

Edit:(oh, I wasn't searching under gear cover, I kept doing "gear guard", then "guard", then "gear". etc..)

Yeah, that truck is pretty sick. The matching rims really set it off.

However, next time make the metal cover and post up a picture. I know that delays your participation, and you might accidentally earn some respect outta the deal, but I think it's the way to go. ok i hope this works this is wear the good old solder and soldering iron comes in. I plan to make on piece with a strip around it also im goin to put a tab on it so i can screw it onto the chassie. Ill post pics how do i post pics please help me on that

If you're going to make it out of metal, use something really thin. Like a coke can perhaps. So it won't be so heavy. (hrmm, i may be onto somethin here.)
