Where'd my range go !
Hey guys ,
Having a bit of trouble with my MT , I accidently left it on my stand alone charger for about 35mins , so the batts were pretty much fried.
So onto the problem ,
Now I've replaced the batts and gave them a full charge , and ended up getting only about 3inch range. I have no idea what's up , maybe the PCB was damaged somehow ? I've made sure the antenna is intact , and even tried a new one, still getting a few inches range. And by a few inches , I mean with the ariel at the same height as the car.
I'd really appreciate any help/suggestions you guys can give.
Thanks in advance

Thanks for the advice , I see what you mean , but i'm allready using a decent 2cell pack , And it's got the speed if I run along side it , steering works fine too. So i'm guessing it is fried.Clint wrote:Try removing the zzmt battery pack and use some known good batteries,
like a pair of rechargable AAA's, just to check the functions of the pcb.
If the board is fried. I can send you a new one.
I think I have a board with a yellow antenna.
And about the board , no worries , I'll just use my other board .
Just wanted to see if it's ok. I'll swap over in a min and it'll be all good
