HPI Cup Cars...

My local hobby shop has the Datsun 240Z HPI Cup Car. I've read two Mag articles on these and they look great and sound like they would be fun but the one that really snaps my bean is the Datsun 510 Cup Car...I'm surprised they didn't paint these with BRE Datsun livery but I'm guessing they didn't want to get tangled in licensing agreements.

The other interesting car that will hopefully come down in price is Duratrax's Vendetta Rally cars, I wonder how they compare to ae's ralley cars. Tower has them for 199.00, seems steep but...

Other then the 2.4 Radio system and tires whats the diff from the rally and Vendetta TC (oh and body)?

I think these have an adjustable wheelbase...at least that's what someone on R7R said (I think).

I was looking on the duratrax site for a while at these and going back and forth looking at the TC and rally they look almost the same other then the body mounts and bumper

i haven't owned and built many rc's but the 2 i have are hpi. apart from (what i consider) minor design flaws they are well made rc's and worth what you will spend on them.
