Is this a good motor? Has anybody tried one of these out, or seen them in action?

"Fireball Modified rebuildable motors are built with low cost in mind without compromisiing performance. Our motors are epoxy balanced and diamond trued to ensure a smooth operating motor capable of high RPM's. To get those RPM's we've installed our own Venom Hi-Power Brushes and dual ball bearings. Additional features include pre-wired bullet plugs and factory installed capacitors. Because we know you want track time, not prep time."

It weighs 8oz. and is a 15 double turn motor, I don't know much about the # of turns in motors, but isn't it better the lower # you have?
Thanks
