the purpose of 1/10 scale aerodynamics.

well, nitro 1/10 scale cars go fast... i dont need to tell you that. But going at such high speeds wouldnt aeros be needed to keep the car on the ground? so i was looking at different bodies and wouldnt the right type of spoiler and ground effects be effective in causing your car to perform better? not just for looks.

I am not totally sure on all the exact parameters, but for the most part, go with what the factory guys from Trinity, Losi, and Associated are using. Most use the Protoform Mazda 6.
There's no replacement for displacment.

It's cool you replied to this Mazda, but the dude dropped off the face of the earth shortly after this post. Just slightly over a year ago.

FYI

Nothing wrong with good info. :-)

Bird got a Mazda 6 Protoform for his Street Force, if I'm not mistaken. :???:

It's a pretty sweet shell.

Heh sorry, for some reason I still think its 2004.

Yeah, the 6 looks great, alot better than the old racer's choice the Protoform stratus. Usually for asphalt racing you want a more agressive bodywork. That is why you see the 6 used mroe at outdoor events, where you still see the stratus, MG, or Alfa Romeo on carpet.
