Started work on a driver for this thing. Its amazingly hard to find the correct scale person that looks right
So I started cutting up a few action figures, making the arms and legs shorter, adding a different head....and so on.
The plan is to add some clay to smooth everything out and then mold it up. The arms will be casted separately so they can be glued on in any position.

I believe the truck is 1:24th scale,,,close anyways.

that kit is close but this is a tamiya 1/32 mini 4wd toyota hilux surf. they're battery operated kits
