Mini T Diff

Post by trekbikedude »

Ok so I picked up a mini t pro with a quantam esc and KO radio system a cobalt 16t motor and it comes with foamies and suspension upgrade.
I got it for 100 bucks good deal eh?

But my diff seems to be loose and I can not figure out how to take apart these darn turnbuckles to make the knuckle move over and make the cvd slide out of the diff. How can I remove the cvd from the diff so I can tighten up the little screw in the middle? I imagine that it has a little screw in the middle because it is the pro ball diff. Also, which side of the diff is the little screw on?

Thanks,

John
P.S. Ill post pics soon it came with a sweet bug body and a lime green racing body.

You just pop the ball cup off the ball joint. Usually twisting it off with a pair of needle nose works perfect. Probably have to take the wheel off to make it easier to get to.

Don't know about Mini T, but larger Losi cars have the diff adjustment on the driver's (left) side of the car.
...crazy man, crazy...dig it.
