Traveling with Nitro Fuel?
I'm thinking I'd like to take my RC10 on vacation with me. Should I be concerned about having a half gallon or so of Nitro in the trunk with a bunch of other crap for 3-5 hours, safety-wise??
It's sort of a stupid question but ya never know till you ask

If it's not too hot out 3-5 hours shouldn't be too bad, but when it's 107 outside, my new gallon swelled up just in the half hour drive to the track.PimpFloyd wrote:I'm thinking I'd like to take my RC10 on vacation with me. LOL!
If it got 107 degrees out up here, I think I would swell up too
I know I would at least stink a lot
Thanks Dave!

It's okay, I was concerned about this too but wouldn't have the gull to ask on here. I'm glad you did. It's been 103 here in nor cal for a couple days and I'm trying to break in the NT18 I got at a swap meet a while back. I felt like I had a ticking timebomb in the seat next me.

Re: Traveling with Nitro Fuel?
what i did was i called up a person at the airport and they said i it was a carry one i could not bring it so i put it in a cooler with a couple other things and they let me through. i brought my brothers revo 3.3 in carry one. it wasent in a bag just sitting on the little tray thingy in front of me for the whole 6 hours. So if you put it through lugage they will probily let you through.
what the fuck was that drivel i just shit out?
