When they make a XB18, then it will be the holy grail of micros. Dirt is for playing, asphalt is for getting you there. It was only a matter of time before this happened. I will own an XB18 if they make it.

WHY THE HELL ARE YOU PEOPLE DOING THIS TO ME :? ????

As soon as I'm fiiiiiinallly decided on getting a minizilla, this thing comes out. wtf!!

I wonder what the going price will be? kit/rtr. If they got it made to be as cheap as an electric micro, this will propel micro's to new heights.

I'm kinda an HPI fanboy but I think ALL of my intended RC money will goto THAT

That is a drifter waiting to happen 8-)

I agree, but as we started a bit oriented site, most of our r/cs are "onroad"...

And for alot of "bashers" there is alot more asphalt than dirt.

But, yup, you sir are correct. The xb18 will be the shizzle.

Here's to hoping

Oh yeah, you're so far behind. I'm just working my way up to 1/43rd scale, be a long time before I get to 1/18th, I still gotta get all the way through 1/28th.

We are talkin' about 1/18th on-road, not 1/16th off-road.

Who says off-road is better? I'll, I'll, I'll...hurt'em.

Both are interesting rides. :-o

But a Nitro 1/18 on-road touring car is off the fuckin' hook!! :-D

I've heard that these micro nitro's are slow tho :( . They have poor runtimes due to the itsy bitsy gas tank. I've heard slower than a mamba. So we'll see the price but i still kiiiinda want one ;)

Just not a nitro fan to much noise, but then I’m also trying to go down in scale not up too. Have a Momba Comp X and 11.1 volt LiPo pack in my toy box and can’t really imagine anyone wanting to go faster, longer runtimes might be nice but not faster at 1/18, lets see pull the throttle too fast car does funny little dance flying into the air, ouch it’s the landing that hurts especially on the pavement. There is the coolness factor to be considered though and the photo does make the NT18 look nice, now a nitro 1/43, or even better yet 1/64 scale car or truck would be something worth having just for show. Fully proportional, crystal-less, nitro powered Bit, use only in well ventilated spaces.

wow, just plain wow.

I'm in the same boat as LBRC (noise issues) and already own a comp-x, 11.1v, M18. But DIZZAM!!!
I wouldnt throw that out of my x-mas stocking.

I have a feeling the NT18 is going to be my first ticket into nitro powered cars.
my neighbors are going to be ________.

uh... probably pissed off at all the noise.
sucks to be them.
