I ran into major problems with Eleanor. Basically the body wouldn't fit over the lithium cells without damaging the body mods. So, I figured that I could use the chassis with the NSX shell I have.

The money shot....

I can barely drive it in my living room. It kept spinning the tires off the rims, so I ended up gluing them. Now it leaves black streaks on my floor. Can't wait til the snow melts..... :-)

Now that makes sence, now you have just what you wanted, a fast ass racer that if you bash it isn't the end of the world. Great looking ride. Now the real question is what will she look like after a couple of hours ripping shit up.

love the simplicity, and use of the original color.
if you can post pics of black marks on the floor.that would be the coolest shit.
 :-)

Just got my alloy steering knuckles in the mail an hour ago. All I can say is damn, what a difference in straight line tracking. The whole front end is much tighter than before.

The first run I made with the liths broke one of the axle cups. It's really amazing how much more power you get out of these. So far, I've run the car over an hour without re charging. I usually have to stop after about 3 minutes to let the motor cool down. I'm going to mod the inlet scoops to feed some air to the internals.

i recommend a http://minizworkshop.com/ 45turn motor if u want it to stay stockish, or just go with the motor upgrade kit.. You will be super super suprised at what a diffrence the Neodyium magnets make on the torque of the car, especially in 2wd.

Try it, you'll change your mind. I felt the same way when alloy parts first came out. The important peices like gearbox, cups/shafts, tie rod, and steering knuckles are extremely important. You know all the slop in the front and rear of Xmods? Gone.......

I've gotten a few off of ebay from RCmart and jangDstore. I think I'll get the front gearbox peices from CJ. Less wait......

BTW: I was driving it around my living room and smacked one of the mopboards HARD. Not a scratch..... :D

I've gotten all my GREEN GPM parts for the Xmod from CJ!!!

I love these parts. They make the car run sooooo much smoother and precise. :-D

Well, today I tried out AWD in this car, and damn!! It takes off like a rocket. The speed of this car is insane! While testing, I hit the fridge and broke the lower control tab
So, after cooling down, I was going to switch to a new chassis when I remembered that I had bought Loctite epoxy putty. So basically, I superglued the broken peice back on and spread the putty all around it. 15 minutes later, I put the car back together. This stuff is really strong, so I may do the same to the other side.
