XMOD Honda Civic
I am getting really interested in painting XMODS and Zip Zaps. I painted my Honda Civic a couple days ago, and I was messing around and decided to try something diffrent with the paint. I wanted to make the Civic head lights more rectangular instead of the round shape it was, so when I masked my car off for painting, I left some of the headlight not masked and I got this result.

I am just goint to show pictures of my car now to show off!
hehe...

I also lowered the rear of my Civic.

This is the picture of my whole Civic, with the lowered rear, removed front suspension, and the cracked window before the paint job.

Now I lay me down to sleep, pray the lord my soul to keep, if I die before I wake, pray the lord my soul to take.

The clear coat is a clear that I brush on, and it just some testors paint. It's pretty shiny.

Yeah, you're gonna want to let that stuff sit for like week before you handle it too much, or its gonna dull up. I would really reccomend using spray paints for coverage, it lays much thinner and smoother, and just saving the brushes for details... but it does look good. I like to give some of my cars eyelids on NFSU, and I think the Civic is a prime candidate for the effect. Good work.nascar8 wrote:The clear coat is a clear that I brush on, and it just some testors paint. It's pretty shiny.
