The weekend was awesome, and I had a shell to paint.

Took a while to do, but I like how this turned out. And this was my first shell. Wish the light was better, though.

Lemmie see ya get low

The sceme is bangin' but you need some outline on the windows, that should make the green pop some more :-o

haha, it was a bitch just to detail the windshield. :) the bloody mask kept lifting.

but I'll figure out a way.

There's a few things that still need to be added.. like a dual exhaust and a GT wing.

a GT wing? i think it would look better without it. the lines of the car are too sexy to out a wing on it.just my 2 cents.

i love the paint sceme though. very cool... oh and maxx was right, slam it.

Looks good, especially if that was your first time. I think if you're gonna go with the bitPimps decals on the side. I think you should fill it out with a full on race scheme, you know, more sponsers, and some number plates. :-o

For decals? Well none TVR specific, but the TVR logo is pretty simple you could cut it out of Mono Kote trim sheets. The trim sheets are thin sticky vinyl, and come in a variety of colors.

Coverite one inch numbers.

Here's some sponser ones you could probably use:

Various Michelin logos.

These Quaker State ones should go good with the green.

Cool checker boards. I don't know, I just threw this in there.

Might be a little out of place, but you could probably get away with borrowing a couple sponsers from the stock car clusters.

Here's a Traxxas set that's pretty cheap. You probably wouldn't want to use the KC Highlight, or Dick Cepek logos, but you could probably slip a MSD or K&N in there.

Just some ideas after a quick browse. You get the idea though. You can always save the ones you don't use for another project. There's always RC sponsers too, you can order Futaba, Tamiya, or whatever brand of RC accesory also.

you car is the only one that really stands out in that pic...well besides the escalade(sp?). it looks exoic and different.not like the usual tunner drifters.

dont get me wrong, i love a good Silvia or Skyline, but your car is just so unique(sp?) :-o :-o

I totally agree. I thought it was because it was the only one that I reconized, but your comment validated my original thought. Its the paint job that caught my eye.

Thanks guys

yea, my tastes have always leaned to the unconventional and exotic. some may say wierd.. others; eccentric. I call it living life. :)

What's spooky is after I brought this out, I already got a request to do a paintjob. To me, that's saying something.
