Patriotic Micro-T Wedge

I painted up this BRP dirt oval wedge for pimpsmurf. I was gonna give him a chance to show it off first, but I guess he's gotta trim the body some because he's got a wide wheelset, so I couldn't wait no more, especially since the theme fits the holiday. So here's a preview. He should be along with the finished car... well, soon I hope.

I think I know who I want to do my next body. You have been coming out with some straight awesome looking stuff lately.

Sweet ink-job!

I really like the row of ghost stars on the very front.

Hmm, no lights, what are you seeing? :???:

I'm glad you like them, that was my one disappointment. I used blue flip flop on the front end, but you can barely see it. I don't know if I didn't lay it heavy enough, or if its just like that. I need to experiment with it more. Pimpsmurf also felt it would have looked better without the fade. I just wish I brought the fade down a little farther, to accent the tops of the stars. Live and ya learn. Stuff like this just makes me better.

Thanks for noticing, its been very difficult doing what I want to do in the confines of Micro-T bodies. The original graphic I drew up was a waving banner on the side, but when I started to put the mask in the body, I quickly realized I'm not skilled enough to pull that off in such a small body, so I came up with this. I kinda wish I put some drop shadow under the stripes, but wasn't sure I could pull off that much shadowing in such a small area. I like this though, because with the rectangle shape of the body, it almost looks like a flag.

@ Shaun, you better catch me before I get backed up again. :-)

You can swap out the micro T servo for other really really small servos

That would be awesome on a large scale lid... the fact that it's tiny makes it 10x more awesome...
