1/16th scale stuff

Post by Stoli »

Hey guys, I was at Wal-Mart today ( as usual ) and I saw this focus 1/16 on sale for $20 so i figured I'd pic one up.

Its motorized steering and get about 60ft of distance outside. Its a little too big for inside the house though. I used the bit scale calculator and it goes approx 250 Mph. The big bonus is it takes only 4 AA and 1 9V to run it

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

Its awesome. It phast as fuck.
specs

Using bit calculator it goes 250Mph ( I'd say about 20 real MPH )
Handling is great. the motorized steering makes it smooth
get about 60ft of range out side ( about 25 inside)

I'll have to wait for a really dry sunny day and take some video.

It takes a 6v pack or 4 AA in a adapter pak. Will be buying the NmHi 6v next week sometime. Should gain some speed then not that it needs too.

I'm liking the 1:24 and 1:16 stuff more and more but there expensive. These cheapies are nothing compared to some of the 1:16 out there.
