First Rock Crawler - AX10

Post by v137a »

AX10 Kit, with:

Hitec 645MG
Apogee 11.1V 1000 mAh w/ Deans
Castle BEC
Mamba 25
Park 400, 980 kV
Jato shafts
ProLine Flat Irons, 3oz up front in each tire
30 degree bent links in the rear
Axial HD diff lockers
Axial Low COG plate, completely wrecked by the fact that I put the big axial battery plate above it until I can buy a battery that's the right size.
Homemade plastic ESC and RX plates

Helios body that I botched up with a toy airbrush, then tried to save with rattle cans. In the process, I learned a tremendous amount about liquid mask and decal glue

Nice looking rig!

Even with the Battery above the servo, it's still much better than being stuck on the very top of the chassis!
