Other than brand recognition, not a lot. Uses a similar 5-in-1, similar airframes, swashplates, similar servo setups...
The only difference that separates the two is the fact that the MCX can bind to a spektrum radio whereas the nine eagles' helis cannot.

Ok cool, I hadn't run across a Nine Eagles yet.
Sorry I tried to argue that your motors probably weren't the problem, I was going on my limited experience with Coax Helis and my Airframe license.

I want one of these now. You guys BSing about them and Murdoch's video is enough for me.
Btw, great video Murdoch. I don't enjoy most promotional videos,
however yours is real, 3+min, gives a great perspective on what flying this heli is really like.
Tell that one guy sittin' around to get off his ass and clean up some shit around there rofl, looks
like the band house I stayed at last year.
Anything with the didel motors? I've been kind of following this even though I don't own one lol.

blah, sorry about the super late update but now I know how much this thing weighs with the mods I did.
29 grams. two grams over the stock weight.
I'd say that's damn worth the extra runtime.
As for the didel motors, i don't know when i'll get some in, but I hope it'll be within a couple months. Being out in the boonies sucks for RC.
