For $70.00 you could get a Wattage 4ch Cessna Skylane 182 RTF. I just got one that bob (hobby shop owner) let me have for helping mow at the flying feild.
He has them NIB for $70.00 , the one he gave me has been flown 3 times and has some bigger thin wheels on it so I can take off on the grass.

Picked one up today, although i avoided the battery too pricey for my blood i'd rather wire up my own pack. Pics for now, i'll update later when i get a chance to test it out and rest. I'm also pretty confident we should be able to mod this to work on water. I just got back from a workout session, so thats all the typing i have left in me, time to rest.
