Yeah, me too! 
He said he used windshield wiper blades and just glued them on 
Seems smart but probably hell to balance. Im assuming that he just used one long piece of wiper blade for the front tires but in the low quality video its hard to tell,,,They look pretty good although you can see the rears "wobble" a bit.
