Horizon Hobby has got a vid w/ interview up.
http://www.horizonhobby.com/Articles/Ar ... cleID=1631
(scroll down a little)

Mostly same old infomation, but notable to me is that they mentioned an approximate speed of 12 mph. That's screamin' for its scale. They also made note of how hard it accelerates, and that's important to me.

I'm excited, this is gonna be fun. :-D

I'd have already ordered the thing, but now that it's delayed until around Christmas, I'm gonna let Santa hook me up!

Wow, it's going to be rather strange getting something I want by means of gift (I usually can't control m'self and just buy the thing!).

Good point, but how hard would it be for these companies to spend a few cents on a jack. Give us an option, ya know?

Who knows maybe it does have a jack. The Epoch charger has that option. If it don't I will definately be looking into it. I can't afford to be buying 8 packs of AAs all the time.

I put my pre-order in at a LHS monday and was told I should have it by DEC 15-16.
It looks like it will be a month and a half until we see them unless LOSI happens to ship a few days earlier(I doubt it).

True, but about 15 bucks with a soldering iron and a dremel should solve that problem.

Have any of you guys looked at the exploded views?
This thing is insane. The last time I saw mechanical details this small, I was tearing apart a car cd player

I was reading the manual the other day, and it said that the charger charged the car batt in only 20 minutes!

I thought it would be much longer.
There is no greater bore than perfection.
