SWG’S BAA HAA Update
I wish I had bought one sooner this little thing is one Bad “A” Mo Fo!
Of course when I got my Micro-T the first thing I had to do is get rid of the body that was on it I am not a fan of the stadium truck so I had to find a donor body and I had to have a VW Bug!
I found my the perfect donor body in the 1/32?? Herbie VW set it has the white VW and the black one. I chose to use the black one because I liked the vents on the side. I proceeded to chop the VW up and Dremel the heck out of it!
It did not take me long to figure out how to mount it I wanted to use the same type of mounting so I just extended the rods with tube aluminum and drilled holes in it for the cotter pins. The aluminum was attached to the chassis with the help of some small screws.
Now for some pictures:

This is what the body originaly looked like:

First Test Fit:

The pics of the chassis and how the posts were attached:

The sanded and primed body:

And the final fit before It goes to the paint stage:

And so ya'll know it has full range of motion:

I hope ya'll like it I am working on the paint job right now I will post more pics soon!
