Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

Track Update!

Didn't get as far as I wanted to this weekend, but the cardboard "webbing" in finished. Next week, I'll hang plaster cloth on this cardboard skeleton to form grassy hills, and rock cliffs. (with rock molds)

This extra area here beyond turn1 I figured, would be a good place for a small waterfall (runoff from the track), and pond. The webbing photos in the railroaders magazine look sorta like this... hmmm.

I've also got to start thinking more at this point how the garages, diner, chop shop and other few buildings are going to look and be placed. I want to use 2-D art or photo decals like the ones those guys used in Yagbol's post "Look at this Track". Hey Cabo, another water runoff (behind the banked turn) into a stagnant pond littered with tires and rusted front ends behind the chop shop sound alright to you?

SilentWolv, on a track like that - I'd be honored to be next to the stagnat pond with spare tires, used condoms, etc. - whatever you wanna throw in there

Theres some FREEEEEE paper models at the link below (not sure if the scale is right though...) ;
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fpm/archive
They are supposed to be for Dungeons & Dragons but they look ghetto-ish (thats if you ignore the castle walls etc). You can't get more ghetto than the dark ages.......
I reckons they'd look great on your track (next to the stagnent pond).
That realistic water stuff you've bought is supposed to be the dogs charlies (okay I've been researching all your purchases - its like I'm in the cia or something).
FYI - I got the link above from here - loads of free paper models of just about everything (apart from ghettos ....)

Good luck with the landscaping ..... Can't wait SilentWolv, can't wait..

the train idea would have been good, I've been building a train set for a while now, got some mountains and shit, but this was way before I got in to bits or I would have considered some room for them to cruise around. It'll make great scenery for some still shots though. I'll keep ya posted. But man, that is a top job on that track, its gonna look so sweet with all the extras. I would love to drive on it, just for that banked turn, great job.
