getto drive by track idea

i was thinking of building a trake in the getto and have it set up so once you complet a lap it sounds like you are being shot at or you are doing the shooting could this be done?

It would be easy just get a IR sensor, and hook it up so that when a car breaks the beam it makes the sound.
