that is pretty smooth, I've seen that somewhere before :?

I'd love to get the "dunlop" catwalk.

is it hard to see the cars when the go under the overpass thing. The only time I have ever driven under a bridge thing was with 1/10 scale cars and it was hard as hell.

I dunno about the track from the link above, but on my track, it can get difficult if you have a pile up under the bridge, all part of racing though so it's all good

just used some fine particle board 3/4" thick.
some plastic tubing and a little wood and cardboard for the bridge, that's it.

I didn't put anything on the surface to make it smooth, the fine particle board handled that for me

Im still in the process of making my track. All the side walls have been put up now :) I made it look like the track that started this topic, except i made it less square and more rectangle, without the bridge! That way you could possible crash into somone on a 4 way. Ill post some pics tonight 8-)

sounds cool laanguiano, can't wait to see...

I love racing on a track - nice break from just cruising the kitchen floor - actually adds a lot more complexity and strategy to driving.

I'm gonna make a track. already designed it. I'm using cardboard for the base, paint for grass and rubber tubing for a sidewall. Should I staple the tubing to the track?.

p.s. my version is 36" x 24". It has 6 in lanes, pit area, homie area and a place to put cars ready to race.

I would - I used nails to go through the tubing and into wood though

might wanna use a heavy duty staple like from a staple gun or somefin

Is it chalk board? looks kinda like it anyways.

Looks great Dude. Pretty schweet.

I got the track bug lately. Started shooting basic vids just to see what kinda size I'm gonna need. So far not too big. I've been able to steer 2.6's and 3.0's in about 15inches wide.
