It looks like the lanes are pretty narrow for my taste, but it's a damn fine lookin' track, that's for sure. Nice work. :-o

They're not narrow, they're about 15 cm wide, sometimes more\less like in the 3rd piece with the bridge.
you can drive on it quite good with every motor you want, I usually use 3.0 LXXs 1-2 speed and sometimes 2.2to 4.2.

OK it's not easy to race on it, the plastic tube stops the car if you go for it!
I made it like it is because of the space in my room, 90\100 cm are not many but I prefer the track to be a Bit more difficult like in the "real" world!!
:-D
If you measure a U turn it's about 30cm or less.

I just meant narrow compared to how we drive... SuperFly and I always end up with a simple layout and wide lanes (more like 60 cm wide) so the racing is fast and the crashes are few.

I'd like to build a track like yours for driving by myself... with no other cars in the mix, a more challenging layout would be cool.

Either way, it's a beautiful track.

I don't use it very often,I prefer like you a O track, I use Perfection (LEGO like) pieces to make an oval on,my desk, then I take empty LXX chassis, put destruction derby like bodys on them and start racing\chashing around!!!!..will put pics about this soon.

Love it. Nuff said.

It is narrow, but understandably so. I just personally get all hot and bothered w/ well detailed tracks.

I like the idea of the surgical (looks like) tubing real cool idea! Vary clean track what is the surface made out of? Is that just painted wood?

Glad to hear you guys like it, the only thing I can do now is...invite you here for a ride!!! :driving:

The surface is made of painted wood, not primered to have a less slippy surface, the tube is like the one we use for the wine and the tunnel is very exciting (you see the car passing trough).

Though I'm Mad I continue adding details (Homies, signs, parts) like the 3rd part where there is the bridge and the pit stop, I added it 3 months ago after a friend said...where's the bridge!?

You can store it behind a cupboard because it is made up of 3 pcs..5mins and it's ready!
