Hey guys ,

This is one evenings work , and almost finished , just needs some barriers and few more details.

It's a large sheet of cardboard , that fits exactly on my desk (coinsedence ? No , it was the flatpack box my desk came in  )

It's made using model railway scenery stuff , I picked up a bunch a while ago , about $80usd worth of stuff (easily) , for about 15 shipped 8-)

I just wanted a cheap , easy , small track to race on , and I like offroad. So once I have my knobbly tires , it'll be a blast to drive.

The car in the picture is my ZZSE , running a NX motor and blue gears. It'll soon have a FET mod , and some knobbly (not huge , same size roughly as stock) tires.

Onto the pics , They arent that great due to lighting , but i'll take a few more tomorrow morning (2.56am here)..... ;)

Again , sorry for the pics , I spent alot of time making it look realistic , using ZZ tires on an axle to create the torn up turf/mud around the bends etc , and none of it shows on these pics :( , looks so much more realistic up close , I promise some more decent pics asap.

Looks pretty cool, but get those better pics up!
I wanna see it more clearly.

I was thinking, since you said you like off roading, maybe create a removable jump.
I had something like 8 different jumps/ramps for my flat track.
Nothing too extreme, 1"-3" high, with varying lengths of ramps.
Mostly made out of heavy construction paper, I would just set them on my track anywhere, use tacking so it doesn't move, and painter's tape where the ramp meets the track.
And the jumps weren't that wide either, so you can race around the whole track without going over the jump, and catch air at your leisure.
That might not work in your instance, but I'm sure you can figure something out.

Can anyone identify these tires ? I got 1 (Just 1 ! :( ) in a used parts box , and they seem perfect for my rally tack.

These are the tires I need :

So, am I seeing a slope in your track?
At first, it looked flat, and now I almost see sort of a hill or high end.
Can you get a side-shot kinda?

idk about the tires, I think I've seen 'em before.
If nobody knows I'll look in my bit shat and see.
From the MotorWerks Micro TowTruck maybe. :???:

Man, that guy driving your Honda isn't doing so hot. The track looks really fun though! Is the grass spattered on the car intentional, or was it just loose and got kicked up?

Those are Motorworks tires (sold through walmart). They were a big&little rim car, like the Bit so you should be able to get by on just 1 car worth of tires.

Don't know who that driver was :? allthough he looks like he's making some pretty nice slides around those corners

As for the slope , the cardboard was almost warped , so it does add a slight slope , It flattened out alot anyway , and it's no biggie.

The grass/dirt was intentional , brushed on some pva lightly , and drove it around on some loose stuff  .

Thanks for the heads up on the tires , but you cant buy motorworks here , only shens and fit racers :-( . Maybe somebody will find some as they are in my wanted thread. I'll need a few sets of rears , it's mostly ZZ's I have , like this one , it has an SE with a purple NX motor underneath , it's a new gen one (GT40) too.

Once I get some rally style barriers in (thinking slotcar ones modified with decals) then i'll make a video

It came from a clone , they came in a set that had a civic and a wrx body , 3 motors , wheels/tires , and gearing. , sadly my wrx was lost to my soldering iron :-( . cant remember what they were called , but a few pimps had them.
