A Lil Confused........
I was looking thru some sites at Bit Char-G's, I don't remember a
Lambo Miura, I remember the Jota. Gotta look in my collection when I get home.......
And they're not the same
Also do any of you remember the Diablo being sold outside the 3 body set as a single ?

That's the one similar to the Jota minus the wing, right? I remember that.
I kinda remember it like there was the intial Super Bit releases. The Countach, Jota, One of the Ferraris, RX-7 FD3S, Lotus, Porshe, and I think that was it. Then a few months later they released the collector sets, that other Lambo, not sure about the Diablo, but I would guess it came out at that same time.

The Jota was the GT version of the a Miura... maybe someone is just calling it a Miura, since that's still
technically correct (in a "square is a rectangle, but a rectangle is not a square" kind of way ).
The only Miura's that came out were the 2 Jota's... the pullback (orange) and the super bit (red).

Hue is right on...... those bodies are Jota, the racier version of the Miura.
I think a better analogy might be the Subaru Impreza & the STI ?
These are definately cool cars...... check out the last pic
Miura,
Jota,
Miura Zn-75,
If this was know info, forgive me. I learned something though.......and knowing is half the battle.

Wow... yeah, I don't know, DT.
Though, remember back in the day, there were pics of prototypes of the 'new' Bits floating around... about a year before Super Bits actually came out... there was all that speculation about the button configuration on the controllers. I bet that's what that is. Those wheels were only released on the Dino.
That's a good lookin' car... it's too bad they went with the Jota instead, 'cuz I like that a lot better.
That never hit the shelves, that's all I know.
edit: Add "narrower hips" to the list of differences. Man, that's the ticket, too... it's a much more graceful line without the bulging rear hips.

Tellin ya guys, it came out a couple months later with the collectors sets, because I ordered the Countach and Porche pullbacks from HLJ as soon as they were released in the in the spring. Then got my Jota and RX-7 Super bits in July for my Birthday, then it was like September when the Christmas releases were coming out, and I thought, "God dammit, I should have waited." It seems like I'm always damned if I do, damned if I don't so I don't forget that shit.
I thought the Enzo was in the collectors set, but I didn't get one in my Microsizer set. I'm vaguely rembering it coming out around that time.

Yeah, Dave, I respect your opinion and all, but if Dark Tari and Hue35 both don't have one and never heard of it, I don't think it could have existed.crazydave wrote:Tellin ya guys, it came out a couple months later with the collectors sets, because I ordered the Countach and Porche pullbacks from HLJ as soon as they were released in the in the spring.
