I think I finally got it nailed

Picked up the airbrush and went for the small details that mattered. even cuts, line and curve smoothness with as little bleeds as possible, and color mix. turned out very well, I think.

That came out really nice, I love the color combination, for some reason I was thinking you had gone blue and silver, but I think white was the right choice. Be sure to pack it really well when you send it to me. :-)

Thanks SW. Blue and silver do work but it's nowhere near as striking. I can't wait to see what this looks like in the sun.

If you need a body painted, I can do one up for you.

If I ever have the extra money to finish a build I started a while back I'll need a truck body painted red with a white stripe, my compressor is shot so if you're serious about painting I'll keep you in mind. :-o But it wont be soon, I have a bunch of expenses to cover before building a new toy. :-(

you know it. The body itself looks deceptively easy.

I've entered this body into the CFX paintworks 2009 contest. wish me luck.

Cool, congrats. I'd agree with the execution, it's very good, and since you'd almost never catch me giving a ten, I'd say a nine is a good call.

BTW, just noticed the new sig line, how much would it cost to have your signature advertise "You've come to the right place for the hottest man on man action...PM me ("me" of course would be you) for details?" :-)

ok, before i start lemme say i really like it! honest!!

but i'd rate the execution at 5. the lines aren't as well shaped as they could have been. you did an awesome job on the "no bleed" but the lines around the headlights could have been more "9 worthy".

and i'd rate the difficulty at around 5 - 6.

man, i'm just being brutally honest, i think i'm offering constructive criticism so please don't think i'm trying to cut you down or anything. i doubt i could get it as clean as you did!

EDIT: sorry cabo, i didn't mean to post a giant pic! just illustrating a point. i's a liddle pissed! :drinkin:
i used to be cool

Hey, if we're doing constructive criticism, you nailed it with the blue, but I personally feel its lacking in a flame job.
