Well now that they're almost here, is anyone else getting skeptical?

I'm starting to wonder if this proportional system will even be fast. I don't know, I guess it's the headlights that got me worried. I'm afraid they will cheese out, and go more for gimmick that performance.

Maybe I'm just getting ancy.

i really doubt they will be chinsey. im just wondering if they are gona actually be truly propo. cuz if they are the whole bit sport thing will really take off.

I don't like the idea of headlight either, it takes out all off the fun of haveing a custom bit.

headlights = extra weight and battery drain. but hey lets wait and see.

nah dont they run off a lithium coin?? that goes under the roof of the car?

obviously youve never taped a coin cel to the roof of your car.

and i imagine they will run these headlights directly from the pcb.

So today i walk into Radioshack (OW! that would hurt HA HA HA) and i ask the employee to look up the numbers cj posted i hoped he would tell me the would be out in a week at the most but NO he tells me around Thanksgiving cj is this true because if so i dont think i can last that long

I know that Ahh5hit has called the 1-800-the-shack # and put in his order for the firebird and camaro but the SE's are slated for middle or end of september not Thanksgiving.

The people at the 1-800 number said they will have the 2 SE's available Sept. 14th.
