My new ZZ SE, yeah baby!
Scored it a couple of days ago, cool....
Here's some video showing it's capabilities. She's still pretty stock, except for a EM38 motor and guitar string antenna .

When I try to watch the video I just get the music and the thing it shows when you're playing music...I forgot what they're called.
How are the Savannah Zip Zaps? I'm trying to decide between a Savannah Zip Zap SE or a Fast Lane Super Slick. The Super Slicks are insanely fast with the motor upgrade which is only like $8, but I would like to have digital proportional steering. I heard the Savannahs were the worst ZipZap SEs when they came out but have they been improved any? And do they run good with a perfetion 3.8 or 4.2 or 4.2 pro? I'd get one for $25 but I don't care to have to buy the $13 engine set as well..I would rather just spend $50 for a Xmod than spend $38 for a good Zip Zap SE.

As for the super slicks I have not seen these in action yet but they look nice and they are 1/43 scale.
The SE's aren't bad they do need some work but they are stiff fun. I would say get one but then I would also say get an SE, Xmod & super slick

I've ruled out the Xmod because I'm looking for something indoors (I also already have a Nikko Evolution 9.6volt car for outdoors that goes about 15mph...and 15 minutes for 4 AAA batteries sounds very expensive). So it's either the Zip Zap SE or the Fast Lane..the Fast Lane is cheaper and faster but the Zip Zap SE is digital proportional and has 6 frequencies..I would have already bought a Super Slick but they only come in 2 frequencies.

You know you want the SE, so just get it. You'll like it.

Thats a reason I'm having a hard time deciding..part of the reason I want the SE is because I love 2nd Gen RX-7s, but the Savannah is the worst ZipZap SE from waht I can tell...Radio Shack probably wouldn't notice if I bought a Mustang and Savannah and did a chassis switch and returned the bad chassis.

Well this whole thread is based on ph2ts Savannah, and my fetted SE is also a Savannah.oxhadokenxo wrote:the Savannah is the worst ZipZap SE from waht I can tell...
I mean the steering jitters, but I'm way over that. It doesn't hinder driving, at least not when you got skills like me...lol
