it looks like a new chassis design, sounds expensive though. Not only is it hotwheels, which are ussualy a pricey name brand item. it takes a stone age 9V and 4 AAs, you might pay more for the batteries looks like everybodys hoppin on the micro r/c bandwagon. Kinda makes you miss the old days when there was BitChar-G, and no one new about em except the little underground cult. man what was that 4 or 5 years ago? the good old days

Tru Dat, everyone's got a Micro RC now which in my opinion is a good thing! I can now buy a $5.00 clone and make it look & run better than any "$29.00 stock Bit out there! And still keep cost around $10.00TMP wrote:it looks like a new chassis design, sounds expensive though. The controller does look identical To the Micro Speed cars from BigLots, but the chassis is different.
I honestly don't remember what was different about the chassis, but I was just looking at those last week at Walmart, and I rememer that looking through the package I saw something different. I think it was a hard wired motor or something like that.
The first few Hot Wheels micro RCs I saw didn't impress me. One was this futuristic, space looking thing, and the other was this space age looking surfer pickup, that my kid has the die cast of, and I just didn't like it because they had to deform it so bad to get it to fit over a RC chassis, but then last week when I was at Walmart, they had some cool looking jacked up, off road looking pickups. I wish I grabbed one of those instead of the Motorworks I ended up with. I think I'm going back for one, they were only 15 bucks.
