I like that scheme, but did you see what it'd look like with the black on the hood turned to the green, and the black stripe turned to that silver? Did that even make sense? It sounded killer in my head..lol

Almost sounds like you're talking about this:

Anyways, my Xmod refurbish job is complete, I can rest now.

I tore the chassis all the way down and cleaned every last piece, then I painted some stuff in body color.

Then I laid some ghost flames. The way it would turn silver where the light would hit it, I could almost see the flames coming off the fronmt wheel well. So I lightly painted in some flames, right on the curve where the body seemed to grab the light. Now the flames seem to almost disappear when the light hits it, then reappear as you turn the body. Really hard to capture in photos, but I tried, so here they is.

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

Cut a piece from the corner of the dome on the Zip Zap packaging. So it was almost matched to the shape. I bent the bottom edge which almost got it there, then I super glued the bottom edge. Let it dry for an hour or so, so it was good and dry, then just put a dot of glue on the top to hold it down, because it was sticking up still.Bit boy wrote:how did you acctually shape the head lights one of my supra bodies is missing them and they're destroyed anyway. i was in the middle of some body mods and finally got the rest of the parts i needed but now i have no lenses.

I love ZZ packages. The last few months my brake lights would stick on, so I got the switch replaced thats by the pedal. Well about 2 weeks after I had it replaced and it was working fine, they started to stay on again.Sdog wrote:....fucking ZZ packaging genius you are.
I looked in the car for some kind of solution and I found a ZZ package from a Starsky&Hutch ZZSE I bought awhile back and tore into immediatly and threw it in the back of the van.
I took it and jammed it up under the pedal everytime I got out of the car for about 2 weeks until I could get it fixed again.
ZZ packs are GREAT!!
