While on a trip to California, a buddy of mine spotted this little ride and thought to take a picture of it.

Dude, that is totally a Zip Zap body chopped down for a bit. You think they started off with one of the new Herbies? And check out the wheels they look metal. You think those are alloy? Pretty realistic exhaust too. I wonder if that is a pen tip. :???:
